Executive Council Meeting (EC & Slated Nominees only) 8PM-9:30PM
An opportunity, if needed, for the outgoing E.C. and slated nominees to meet and discuss any last minute preparations or resolutions for the convention.
Location: Regency Boardroom
The Fun Continues 10:30PM – Lights Out
After the receptions end, brothers, their family and guests can choose one of the following options:
- Our hospitality suites will remain open and our PGC’s will remain as hosts.
- Join our guests and brothers for fun at the indoor or outdoor pool.
- Downstairs in the Games Lounge — Classic fraternity house fun with darts, pool, and other games.
- Join the Grand Consul for some good clean fun out and about.

Opening Session of the Grand Chapter Meeting 9AM-11:30AM
Location: Bayview Ballroom
Trip to Historic Smithville & Village Greene 9AM-11:30AM
Brothers and guests of brothers not attending the morning meeting can choose to take a trip to historic Smithville. This wonderful village is complete with shopping, dining, and fun things to do for the whole family.
Lunch at the Quarter 12PM-2PM
The Whole Group will have the opportunity to get together for lunch at “Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar” in The Quarter at the Tropicana. We will have private dining for the whole group, brothers and significant others, and Awards Ceremony to take place at this time.
2nd Tau Delta Phi Convention Golf Classic 3PM-7PM
Join your brothers and their guests for tee time as we play a team game of farthest ball on the famous Bayview Golf Course, Prizes included. So, come play a round of 18 holes and join us at the 19th for beverages and dinner.
A Treatment at the Cloud 9 Spa 1PM-7PM
Ladies, don’t think we left you behind to play golf. Instead we gave you time with the other Sweethearts of Tau Delta Phi, and perhaps some of our brothers that need to clean up a little bit… for some treatment at the spa.
Dinner & Drinks at McGettigan’s 19th Hole 7:30PM-9:30 PM
Parched after a round of 18 holes on the Bayview Golf Course? Well then, join us for dinner and a drink at McGettigan’s, right across the street from the hotel.
Club Tau Delt 10PM-2AM
How can we define this event? All we can say is that it will be fun for all ages….from 18-118, come on out and “get your grove on.”

Attendees will have the option to attend breakfast solo if they choose, at the hotel’s full morning breakfast, or join for breakfast at 9 AM with the Networking Group in the hotel’s fully stocked breakfast. The Grand Consul strongly advises attendance at the Networking Event, especially the breakfast portion. Please see Convention Staff for breakfast details on site.
Tau Delta Phi Networking Event 9:30AM-12 Noon
Leverage your connections, gain knowledge and maximize your opportunities for experience from your fellow brothers. A collection of polished professionals will offer their insights and encourage helping each other in a tough economic climate. This event will begin with a collection of resumes, business cards,and needs followed with a breakfast at 9am. Guest speakers will impart their wisdom in between the morning breakfast (onsite) session and the noon lunch (offsite) session.

Grand Chapter Meeting and Honorary Initiation 1:30 PM- 2:30 PM
The business of the National Fraternity Continues, along with the initiation of Dr. John “Jay” Fisher who will become an honorary brother of the National Fraternity and the Delta Iota Chapter.

Atlantic Ocean Cruise 3 PM-5 PM
Join us on a 2 hour cocktail cruise to wind down the afternoon.

Business Session of the Grand Chapter.

Pyramid Ball 8PM-Midnight
Join us for the Celebration of our 100th Anniversary at our Pyramid Ball. Photos to be taken in the Harding Room, and Celebration with meal and four hour open bar to commence in the Presidential Ballroom. We will be addressed by our keynote speaker, and newest Honorary Brother, Dr. John “Jay” Fisher, Professor of Classics at Yale University and Brother of Tau Delta Phi.

Trip to Historic Cape May 8AM-12Noon
Take a trip to Historic Cape May for some fun at the beach and in the open air mall in Cape May.
Grand Chapter Meeting 8AM-12 Noon
The Grand Chapter Business continues; by this point we should be on committee meetings and preparing motions for presentation.

Lunch at the Back Bay Ale House in Atlantic City 12:30PM-1:30PM
Come out with us and have lunch at the famed Back Bay, one of the best Seafood restaurants in Atlantic City.
Grand Chapter Meeting or Educational Sessions 2PM-4:30PM
Join us for some educational sessions, and the presentation of business before the convention.
Shopping Trip at AC Outlets 1:30PM-4:30PM
Enjoy the world famous shopping at the AC mall.
Hospitality Suite Open/Poolside Fun/Game Room 1:30PM-4:30PM
Prefer to Stay at the hotel and lounge around? The Hospitality Suites will be open for some refreshments, and enjoy time at either the indoor or outdoor pool. The Game Room Lounge will also be available for your convenience.
Dinner 5PM-7PM
We will decide as a group on a venue for dinner which is included in the group rate.
Casino Night 8PM-11PM
Enjoy us as we go to gamble in AC or wherever the group wants to go!
Chillaxin’ at the Hotel 8PM-11PM
Don’t feel like going out? Enjoy refreshments in our hospitality suites, and hang out at the hotel.
“Closing Time” at Trump Plaza Beach Bar 11:30PM-2AM
We’ll enjoy our closing time together at the coolest Beach Bar in Atlantic City.
